"Keep an eye on Let’s Be Leonard. COW. is a debut that these young dudes should be proud of. They’ve put out a whole product. The songwriting stands on its own — no overproduction or pitch processing, no frills, bells or whistles. Just good organic rock with a character and voice of its own." trick Daley, The Chronicle

The crew at Salem Art Works will serve up their famous gourmet pizzas made fresh in-house, accompanied by local craft beers from R.S. Taylor & Sons Brewery. The Saratoga-based rock band ‘Let’s Be Leonard’ rounds out the evening with a live performance starting at 5.

Tickets for pizza and beer can be purchased separately at the admission gate. Salem Art Works merchandise, including iconic SAW t-shirts and hats, will also be available for sale.

About the band

Let’s Be Leonard is a rock ‘n roll jazz explosion out of Upstate NY that bursts at the seams of tight, lyrical pop ballads with a daredevilish, looney jam band quality reminiscent of Phish. A fullfledged caravan, all five band members quit their jobs, invested what money they had into equipment and a tour bus, and have been living together in a musiccentric collective lifestyle since early 2015. They are the darlings of their hometown, Saratoga Springs, NY, where local radio stations WEQX 102.7 FM, and WEXT 97.7 ve kept the singles from their debut album "W.“, Kindergarden Bluesand Frisbee on steady rotation, and where their renowned barn parties have been known to draw crowds of just over six hundred. They landed their track (also from W.) ocky Road on Relix Magazine' 16 January/February compilation albu, alongside tracks from Tedeschi Trucks Band, Twiddle, and Lettuce; and they’re excited to be sharing bills with names such as Aqueous, the McLovins, Wild Adriatic, and Mister F. Let’s Be Leonard is currently embarked on a spring tour that is marking their first times in the deep south and midwestern US. They will be returning home to the northeast for a busy July that features over 5 festival appearances amid their constant touring in the area.

“Listeners are sure to find themselves wrapped up in the groove with a good head bob – the universal body language for “I’m digging this!” The young band has gone beyond having just potential, they sound like the real thing.”  -in Clary, NYS Music
