With several options, we have something that could work perfectly for you!

Artist Painting/Drawing Studio/Office on the 2nd Floor in Barn 1:

• This studio is located on the second floor, and is approximately 12.5x21 (262 sq/ft).

• With a private lockable entrance, this space is insulated and heated (a share of the propane winter heating usage is the responsibility of the tenant) and has several windows with dimmable ceiling lights.

• Guest Wifi available

• $300/month, short and long-term rental available

“Cribby” Artist Painting/Drawing Studio/Office:

• This studio has a private entrance, large windows facing west, and is located in the heart of the SAW 119-acre sculpture park and campus!

• Propane heat (tenant is responsible for winter heating

• Guest Wifi available

• This studio is approximately 8.5x21.5 (182.75 sq/ft)

• $200/month, short and long-term rentals available

Ceramic Artist Studio:

• This is a private studio located in our ceramics barn, approximately 24 x 11 (264 sq/ft), with a tall ceiling, insulated roll-up door, cement floor, and lots of light!

• Use this space for making ceramics, sculpture, painting, etc. The main ceramics studio also has electric kilns, pottery wheels, tools, and water. Salem Art Works is also host to three wood-fired kilns located near the ceramics studio.

• Propane gas heat is the responsibility of the tenant.

• $300/month, short and long-term rentals available.

Artist Welding Sculpture Studio:

• Has lots of power, including a 220V receptacle

• Large insulated roll-up door

• Tightly insulated with spray foam

• Dry compressed air hook-up on the wall

• Tall ceiling

• Exhaust vent fan for fumes

• The space is approximately 8.5 x 25.5 ft, (280 sq/ft)

• Cement floor

• Heating is the responsibility of the tenant

• $350/month, short and long-term rentals available
