Luke Claymon

Luke Claymon was born in Lincoln, IL and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in sculpture and ceramics from Bennington College. Luke has studied arboriculture in southern Vermont, studied sculpture and conceptual art in Bozeman, MT, and also assisted glass artist Howard Ben Tré in Providence, RI. Luke’s work has been privately collected and includes handrails at the Knickerbocker and Rice mansions in upstate New York. Currently employed as Director of the Blacksmith Studio at Salem Art Works, Luke hosts resident artists and facilitates youth programming in blacksmithing and welding.
