2 Day Intro to Block Printing w/ Jade Miner
Learn Block Printing is the oldest form of printmaking with roots in China over 4,000 years ago.
In this 6-hour workshop, students will design and carve their own multi-layer print and learn how to perform a graphite transfer, carve, apply ink, registration techniques, sign and number prints. Students will be supplied 2 linoleum blocks and paper for printing on. Demonstrations will be brief to prioritize hands-on experience for participants.
Prints need to dry for 24 hours before bringing home. Return to SAW office weekdays for pickup or SAW will ship to you at cost.

There is a 25% cancellation fee for all workshops and classes if requested with two weeks of prior notice. Deposits and payments are nonrefundable within two weeks of the scheduled date.
